This 1958 Ford Thunderbird convertible was acquired by the seller in 2017, and it was repainted in Monarch Blue in 2020 and the 352ci V8 was rebuilt. The engine is augmented by an Edelbrock carburetor, PerTronix electronic ignition, a Powermaster alternator, a Walker radiator, and a six-blade cooling fan. A dual brake master cylinder and rear coilover shocks have been adapted. Other features include a three-speed automatic transmission, a power-retractable white soft top, wheel covers, whitewall tires, and a dual exhaust system. The interior is trimmed in blue and white vinyl and is equipped with a Bluetooth-capable retro-style radio, power windows, and a power-adjustable driver seat. This Square Bird is now offered with service records, shop manuals, spare and removed parts, a car cover, and a clean California title in the seller’s name.Ford manufactured 2,134 examples of the Thunderbird convertible for 1958. Finished from the factory in Monarch Blue Metallic (Y), this car was repainted in 2020, according to the seller. The power-retractable white soft top has been replaced, and other equipment includes a honeycomb-pattern grille, fender ornaments, a driver-side mirror, an antenna, reverse lights, dual exhaust outlets, and chrome bumpers.
